The Team Leader Workshop will give team leaders and supervisors the interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills they need to successfully manage their team. Team leaders will be better positioned to assist their team-members and their organizations to do their best work. The useful, practical and effective leadership concepts gained from the workshop will provide the necessary information for “Leading the Way Toward Excellence and Continuous Improvement”. We will discuss understanding their role as a leader, leadership concepts, communication styles, positive interpersonal skills, Emotional Intelligence and develop a coaching mindset. Leaders will develop the ability to implement and utilize the people development tools of the People-oriented Performance System (POPS)© that focuses on coaching for the high development of team members.
