The Center for Workforce and Professional Development at CMCC serves individuals and businesses throughout our community. We offer affordable (often grant-funded) customized workforce development training, continuing education and professional development programs that provide businesses and employees the skills needed to compete in today’s ever-changing business environment.

Workforce courses are designed to help individuals acquire and upgrade technical skills, improve employability skills, and meet educational requirements for job certification. We also offer customized training classes for businesses that may be held at the business location or on the CMCC campus.
